Introduction to reproducible research

This introductory workshop on reproducible research will briefly discuss strategies for conducting reproducible research; which is defined as “research for which the investigators have shared all the materials required to exactly recreate the findings so that others can verify them or conduct alternative analyses”. Key concepts for this attainable minimum standard for science will be introduced and demonstrated using an example implemented using R software. No experience with R is required.
