You Can Learn R! Part 2 (In-Person Working Session)
An accessible and inclusive workshop to teach early-career researchers how to learn R - This is the In-Person Working Session that is the follow up to Part 1. In Part 1, participants are introduced to the value of cooperative and active learning when learning the R statistical programming language. In this working session, you will have the opportunity to complete data-driven exercises of your choice alongside other R learners with access to instructor assistance. You are encouraged to bring your own project data and ideas on how data manipulation, visualization, and reporting techniques can be applied in your research. This working session aims to put into practice ideas and resources presented in Part 1 and help you start using R in a self-directed way for you own work. If you did not attend Part 1, this may not be appropriate for you. Will be held in Room B110G Computer Lab in Wells Hall.
